The Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022-2023 unfolds against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving military technological landscape, characterized by advancements in artificial intelligence, cyber capabilities, and autonomous systems. This abstract delves into the intersection of these technological developments and their profound implications on the dynamics of the ongoing war. The study examines the role of emerging technologies in shaping the strategies and tactics employed by both Russia and Ukraine. It explores how artificial intelligence-driven command and control systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, and cyber operations have altered the traditional balance of power, offering new opportunities and challenges for both belligerents. The research draws on a comprehensive analysis of open-source information, military doctrines, to provide insights into the ways in which military technological revolution has influenced the Russia-Ukraine war.
